“One of the most beautiful parts of what I do is being invited into the family by our new friends that we call “clients” and that’s exactly what happened with Graham & Aubrey. They did what any wise couple would and invited me out to not only the rehearsal, but also as to stay the night in their Massanutten cabin for for the last 12 hours before their wedding. This gave me the unique opportunity to truly get to know their families and close friends, and to build that all so important trust. It was a party; a wonderfully indie, sincere and joyous party!”
“Their wedding was hosted at one of my new favorite venues and the weather was the absolute best a photographer could hope for. Every couple is as unique as their individual story and we strive to capture the essence of their unique individualism in every photograph, telling it beautifully and bold. It’s always important to have a good match, in what we call “our ideal client” and both Graham & Aubrey and their whole families just stood strong as that ideal. With that said, we awoke, got dressed and drove out to On Sunny Slope Farm in the valley, just outside Harrisonburg Virginia. My primary focus was on the photographs, but there was enough passion in this family and circle of friends to vibrantly capture in the beauty of motion picture, thus we have a gorgeous wedding film produced by yours truly.”
